What you need to know before we begin…

I’ve been walking beside grief for longer than I care to remember. I’ve learned its weight, its contours. I know the sharpness of betrayal, the hollow echo of loss, and the quiet triumph of surviving things you thought you wouldn’t. My work comes from those places, from a life lived fully, from the unravelling and the mending. It’s not polished. It’s not a performance. It’s a life in repair and renewal. And it’s yours, too, if you’re willing to look.

I don’t promise you a smooth ride. I don’t promise you quick fixes or neat, digestible sage truths. What I offer is my presence. I offer a hand to hold as you lean into the hard questions, the kind you’ve been avoiding.

I’ve seen what happens when we pretend our truths away. The throat catches. The tears sting. The stories that haven’t been told knot themselves up inside. I’m here to untangle that knot, to invite you to speak your truth aloud, the truth you’ve been burying under a thousand distractions. And yes, sometimes that means you’ll cry. Sometimes you’ll get angry. And sometimes you’ll laugh, surprised at how light you feel, when you finally let the weight of those untold stories drop to the ground.

What sets me apart?
I don’t hand out advice like breath mints at a dinner party. I’m not here to tell you who you were in a past life or spin tales about your destiny. I’m not interested in blowing smoke or sugar-coating your experience. That’s not respect; it’s performance. I offer respect for what you’ve lived, and I ask the same in return.

My work is built on the belief that you are the expert of your life — you already hold the answers you seek. But like a good mapmaker, I’m here to trace the contours of your inner landscape with you, to name what’s been unnamed, to draw attention to the paths you haven’t yet walked.

I’m not here to impress you. I’m here to see you, hear you, and know you. All of you. Even the part of you that sits quietly at the back of the room, arms folded, skeptical, afraid to be recognized. I’m here for her, too.

My approach is grounded in the ordinary and the sacred. I hold reverence for the small, quiet things, the moments of self-reunion, the gentle return to your own voice. My words are often metaphors and allegories. Some call it the language of light; I call it listening. And it comes not from rehearsed wisdom but from Source,  the great stream of knowing that flows when we get out of our own way.

Let me be clear:
If you’re looking for someone to tell you who you should be or what your life ought to look like, I’m not your coach. If you want mystical theatrics or someone to stroke your ego, look elsewhere.

But if you want someone who will sit with you in the dark and light the way back to yourself, I’m here. If you’re ready to do the hard, beautiful work of self-reunion, to uncover the pieces of yourself that have been waiting to be reclaimed, I’m here.

This work isn’t about chasing perfection or cosmic enlightenment. It’s about feeling good in your own skin. It’s about quieting the noise of “not enough” and remembering what it means to stand in your own life, to feel deeply connected to your choices, your stories, and your truth.

I won’t promise you easy. But I do promise you real.
I promise you presence, respect, and the sacred act of bearing witness.

And when it’s all said and done, I promise you this: You’ll leave knowing yourself better. That’s the real work. The rest—clarity, courage, and alignment—grows from there.
